What kind of projects do you take on?

We focus on custom homes with a high level of craftsmanship and detail. If you’re looking for a well-built home that will last, we’re a good fit. If your main goal is the lowest price per square foot, we’re probably not.

How much should I expect to spend?

Our custom homes typically start at $800K–$1.8M, with a base cost of $550–$650 per square foot. Windows, doors, and custom millwork are major investments—expect $100K–$200K for windows and $40K–$110K for millwork.

How long does the process take?

From first conversation to move-in, expect 11–24 months. The design and permitting process takes 3–12 months, and construction takes 8+ months, depending on complexity.

Do you work with out-of-town clients?

Yes, many of our clients are moving from Calgary, Edmonton, or Vancouver. We have clear communication processes and site updates to keep you involved, even from a distance.
